Re: Operational Detachment Sierra

Remember the old community matches? Some of the best events ever! Never had a chance to participate? Now's your chance!
OD-S is starting up a new series of events called "Community Wargames". These games will be hosted every other Sunday at 1800 PRT. This time should allow for maximum participation from people playing in existing tournaments as well as most players from the community.
Ever wondered what it would feel like to fight the Taliban as Hamas on Muttrah or face off as a US Marine versus the US Army? Want to get first dibs on new PR maps? These are just some of things you will experience by participating in this new event series. The sky's the limit when participating in the Community Wargames!
Each round will have a commander and we will enforce strong teamwork. Less arbitrary rules and more emphasis on solid gameplay. Team balance will also be monitored. The events will have a basic ruleset to follow, which you can find below:
1. No squads before 2:00 minutes.
2. Asset rule is in effect. First squad to create a squad for said asset gets dibs on all vehicles. (Commander can override this as seen fit.)
3. No mainbase rape.
4. Vehicles needs to be crewed properly. No soloing allowed(except AA-vehicles).
5. Admins reserve the right to remove misbehaving players without warning.

We welcome clans and communities alike to our events! Therefore we're looking for representatives from said groups to register on our website and participate in discussions around the events. If selected you will be added to the Community Wargame-forum where representatives may participate in discussions regarding future events, and also give suggestions and feedback. This group will along with the admin team shape the events!
Solo players may also be accepted as representatives!
Representatives will be able to get the password earlier than the general public and also have the possibility of giving input on future events.
To sign up as a representative:
1. Register on the OD-S website.
2. Post required information in this thread.
Stand by for our next post where we will announce the first event along with more details. The initial plan is to have the first event on the first of March.
Questions? Feedback? Post here or head over to our website!

Muslim Milsim Militants, time for a new banner Comedy! Instead of the Cross throw in a Crescent Moon, and boom we are now a multi-religion WoW guild.

Re: Operational Detachment Sierra
We host weekly WoW training sessions and raids including open world PvP formations, covering fel fire and etc. Tactical teamwork skills gained in your guild will serve you in other MMOs too and even MOBAs. Ever wondered how people are so good at DoTA? Thats right, formations and covering fire!
We are highly organized, but even as a casual you will quickly get used to asking raid leader for permission to shadowstep. Join while you can, recruitment open till Jan 1 2016 and from Jan 1 2016 to April 36 2020.

[OD-S] is the worst bunch of people I have ever met, they are rude, crude and in general hard to get along with.
10/10 would join again.
