Re: Operational Detachment Sierra
We're currently dealing with a bit of a leadership change, there will be some changes in the higher echelons of OD-S. We will updated this as we have decided where to go next.

Re: Operational Detachment Sierra
As some of you may know Operational Detachment Sierra has had its share of problems over the course of its existence. Therefore we have decided to point the clan in a new direction starting yesterday. We are aware that the timing is a bit unfortunate but it will have to do.
Certain events involving 3dAC, the unilateral decision to remove certain clan members, the authoritarian attitudes displayed in the decision making surrounding these events and certain new rule changes that he wanted to enact, have led us to remove L4gi as leader of OD-S. We were unhappy with the direction the clan was heading in. With new leadership we hope to set a new course which puts less emphasis on victory and success and focus more on sportsmanship and community inclusion.
At the moment the interim leaders of OD-S are Web_Cole and myself, this will last until we have decided on a new leadership structure.

Wait, does that mean you will unconditionally surrender to the PRT ethos now?
Also I like that you are making an effort in inclusion. Wheelchair users have been left out in PR long enough!

The PRT ethos was an ethos designed for tournament play. We will not use the PRT ethos as a basis for our games but let me promise that there will be significant changes in the attitudes displayed by at the very least the leadership.
