No, they are not visually bad at all. I re-check the videos on youtube and come on, they are beautiful and good-looking. everything is as it have to be.
you know if you want to bring anything into PR from outside of PR world such these things, I mean anything which has not been designed by PR devs, it will be a bad decision.
all you need to do is fixing bugs and new maps. just it :-D

You do realize TONS of content of PR is from outside PR? Most of PR:WW2 content isn't made by us.

These ones are of much better quality. Even the smoothing is noticeable when comparing the M1 Carbine sights or the upper part of the MP40. They feel bigger because there is more detail on them.

As for outside content...I make Mineral words mine. There is no loss of identity here because the previous content wasn't ours to begin with.

Our plan is to fill the gaps of what's considered essential and working on new maps (which the latter, as you all know, takes time). In order to elevate the mod up to PR standards we have to tweak and modify some of the current content as well as improving where we can. Which is exactly what Mineral did.

When we are close to a release, trust me, we'll let you know ;)

Obviously I could pull a "when it's ready", which is obviously true, but I can say that we have been having some good progress lately!

However, there is still much to do, and we never give dates until we're absolutely sure that we are ready for a release.

I thought the recoil was a bit much compared to how "weak" it felt. Although to be fair, I hardly used it, maybe a handful of times. I also didn't like the ironsights at all. The Garand felt great, please don't nerf the power on that thing. Just my 2 cents.

Literally cannot wait for this! Loved it when it was previously playable and it's only going to get better by the looks of it!

Keep up the good work!

PR:WW2 hype initiated. Hopefully this comes out this Winter. Really crazy for some hardcore World War 2 action with all the hardware included.
