Mumble: 3 Players, 1 IP, Only 1 Player Connected

Am I missing something?

I've got 3 people here trying to play PR and only I can talk. The others have a sort of grey speaker with a red mark constantly up.

How to I connect with multiple computers? It was working earlier.

What specs do I need to post?
