So i just installed PR for BF2, and every time i start the game , i get a black screen and a "not responding" prompt. After trying every method i could dig up on the internet (deleted cache , video.con , edited config files , reinstalled the game , ran BF2 at least a few times)
Any ideas?

What are your hardware specifications? Have you updated your graphics card driver and installed DirectX?
