Pr 1.3 High Ping
Downloaded 1.3 and have noticed my ping rates went from less than 100 to high 200 to 300. Was able to get PRTA los angeles under 50.

It depends on the server you join. If you join a Euro server from California, you can expect a 200 ping. If you join an East US server from California, you can expect 100 ping, etc.

Yeah this problem is preventing me from being able to do anything ingame.
