how would I fix this problem?

Exact same problem here I disabled all of my antivirus software bitdefender (which kept detecting certain files in the installation as a virus) which I never had a problem with in previous versions of PR only 1.3 but even with it completely disabled still had the same error pop up.

And the virus Bitdefender keeps detecting files in the installation as "Gen.Variant.Barys.2494 I downloaded the installer multiple times to see if the same thing happened and the same thing happened everytime, like I said I never experienced this with PR before :s and I recently reinstalled PR aswell before 1.3

Make sure you mount or EXTRACT(dont open iso from zip) the ISO before installing. And disable AntiVirus (or whitelist the setup).

Maybe your download is corrupted.

I did and also I downloaded it 3 seperate times through the torrent to see if it was corrupted and still had the same problem :/

Col.Farnsworth, if you've really downloaded it three times,

It's either a bad hard drive, a antivirus heuristics searching compressed files, a corrupt download, or a virus.

Ruled out corrupt download.
You can check to see if your antivirus is interfering.
if you have another hard drive, try to install it there.
And a virus ... well you're on your own.

I was able to fix the problem moving the file again from my server to all my other computers

so yeah, corrupt file for me... now it's all good
