Bots taking all boats

Hi! It's my first post, and I apologize if I post it in the wrong section. On the Pavlovsk Bay Inf. the bots immediately take all boats, leaving me none, and I have to wait for the boats to respawn. This can be quite annoying. Thanks for your help!
