New player cant get VOIP working

You should post in the support section and you probably need to explain the situation more and what exactly happens/isn't working.

Also a good idea to post support info from the support tab in the launcher.

Numpad 0 - squad
Numpad 1-9 - SL 1-9
other 2 Numpad * and / for CO and all SL, but I don't remember which is which.
Also Check PR Manual. Everything is there.

It is best to set it up in PR launcher - remember that you can set one key at a time (set one key, save, close settings, repeat).

If you have extra mouse buttons, it is handy to have local and squad voice chat set on those.
