BTR-60 and Deployable Roadblocks

Description:
The MEC BTR-60 cannot drive over un-built deployable roadblocks. It completely fails to go over them when they're only a few inches tall.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Have a Syrian officer place a deployable roadblock.
• Have someone on MEC try to drive a BTR-60 over it.
• No profit.

Cheers, we already have related issues where the unbuild roadblock has the collision of the build one. This is fixed for next update
