Standalone Visual bug

So basically im getting a bug where the ground textures are invisible also when i aim down sites with a scope the screen goes solid black any idea to fix this ive tried messing with the graphics settings but nothing is working

Are you playing in windowed mode or fullscreen?

You are likely playing in windowed mode and the windowed version is still not big enough for the screen, everything shifts down and that happens.
