AMD video tweaks to increase visibility?

I have a xfx 7870 tahiti le and would like to increase player visibility over longer ranges. Is there a guide or anything i can do to improve this?

Currently i have everything turned up to the maximum settings.

Apart from the obvious like view distance and other graphic settings, using an HD 1920 X 1080 monitor and settings can only help with long range details?

You cannot extend the view distance. This is locked by the game. If you are already at max settings you won't be able to see even further
