Unlimited Kits become unavailable after death
I am quite certain this is not a feature, as I read the new manual and don't recall any changes to the kit availability system. On several occasions, I have spawned with one of the (semi)unlimited kits, such as Breacher or Automatic Rifleman, died, and been unable to respawn with that equipment nor able to request it from a crate. This occurred after having picked up another kit temporarily, as well as not. My squadmates also confirmed that these kits were unavailable for them to spawn with instead.

I haven't encountered this problem myself, but no one had it selected either I'm assuming?
What I had seen happen in game was the HAT kit unrequestable on several occlusions, even after 15-20 minutes with no one using it. Thought someone on the enemy team was cycling it. Happened again on another server where no one had it (or died with it) and it was still unrequestable even after 15-20 minutes. Perhaps this issue is related?

we had this issue yesterday on Shijia Valley (AAS ALT) at the [NEW] Joint Operations Teamwork Night, which was quite gamebreaking, since we were unable to counter the chinese APCs efficiently. The kit was unable for the whole round, after it was lost within the first 15 min.
