Launch Error 1323

I have uninstalled and reinstalled, reset my profile and everything else i can think of, however when I start my game it says:

1323: Error verifying profile settings. Please confirm the profile does not contain any invalid commands and try again. If the problen continues, try resetign all the profiles to default in the "options" menu.

Rename the Profiles folder to Profiles.old and retrieve ur account again.

I made a thread on this a couple years ago and was able to find a fix see if it helps.
