would like to know more out install from moddb

ok so i do not trust torrents and do not want a useless torrent program on my pc and i cannot find out how the download works from moddb and no one responded there so i just would realy like video or some help please repond

Download BitTorrent (or other torrent program)
Install in a specific folder (you could even partition space on your hard drive if you really wanted)
Delete program when done with it. (We'll forgive you for not seeding )
