Project Reality Luncher Crash

Hello People! Pleasssee I need help, I've just downloaded The game v1.3, I Loved it, But it won't even start for me, I have tried everything i could, Installed Net Framework 4.5.2, Installed More of Microsoft Visual 5.8.10.12.13, I deactivated my AV, Restarted My Laptop, it's shitty but I can run at very low, Dayz sa, Arma2, Bf3, I have searched and search in all forums and my head is over heated right now, but i will not give up yet, Please Anyone, Can i play this game ?
