in antivirus, whitelist PRLauncher.exe and PRBF2.exe

Next:
rename C:\Users\chan\Documents\ProjectReality to C:\Users\chan\Documents\ProjectRealityOLD
run C:\Program Files (x86)\Project Reality\PR BF2\PRBF2.exe once
it will get to main menu and say you must run from launcher.
shut PRBF2.exe
Run PRLauncher.exe ->Options->Click Blue Reset All profiles button.->Click APPLY.
shutdown PRlauncher
restart PRLAuncher->Options->properly set your video settings in the Video tab.->Click APPLY.
Run PR to test.
