Isreal has no way of arresting unarmed
i dont know if this is intentional or an acthual gltch after just playing a round on gaza (INS) i had a civilian run up behind me and start hitting me i switched to "melee" and hit the civilian thinking it would arrest him but it just killed the civilian instead and i got a big message saying watch your fire you killed an unarmed insurgent and i then lost all my points
