US jets cannot repair on the runway
Steps to Reproduce:
Take damage or expend munitions. then try and repair and rearm.

I cannot confirm this bug as I've been succesfully rearming A10 a few days ago.
There could've been a few reasons repair/rearm didn't work:
There could've been a few reasons repair/rearm didn't work:
- Kashan runway rearm zone is zebra sriped, meaning you have to taxi forward/backward a few meters to hit that rearm zone
- Rearming/repairing stops when other team have all but last cappable flag (North Village for MEC, South Village for US)
