HMWS float in water and take no damage

HMWS can float and take no damage what soever in deep water. It cant move tho, so its stuck.


Tested on NEW, Ramiel.

The unarmored .50cal ones I know this happens on. Surprised this was just added to the bug tracker, the bug has been around since at least 1.0 maybe even .98.
