Server Connection Problem at Installing

I downloaded the v1.3 and when i install the game it tells me that it couldn't connect to servers, i continued installing and when i was going to retrieve my account same thing happened couldn't connect to servers

To connect in server he take 25 min wtff ? (Im new in this game)
