Display Memory: 1,39 GB

You are not allocating enough RAM to be VRAM in your BIOS.

Westfy, sorry to hear you have issues running the game. However, there's no need to say "Good support. I waiting a day for help :/". We're all volunteers here and do this next to our fulltime jobs/lives, so please be a bit more patient ;) .

Thanks.

You are running out of allocated video RAM on your Intel? HD Graphics 2000 iGPU on your i3-2120.

The Intel? HD Graphics 2000 is in general too weak to run PR.

Very few people can run PR on a Intel? HD Graphics 2000. Those who do know exactly how to tweak their system to optimize performance.

It is difficult for me to help because your motherboard is only sold in Portuguese and Spanish speaking countries, I do not speak either language and can not find an English language tutorial or video on how to increase the allocated video RAM in the motherboard BIOS.

So that means I need to allocate more RAM to VRAM? I will be researching how to allocate more RAM to VRAM. I created a new profile and got to play three matches without error until I close the game. Thank you for your help
