As the title says, i got a friend who's PR is crashing after one full round, then he loads up to the next round and it crashes after about 2min

When was the last time he has cleared his caches?
Have him go to the "Support" section of the PR Launcher and the "Utilities" tab at the top to clear the caches.

I'm having the exact same issue now with the latest version and I have cleared all caches ect.
