PR standalone server

All right,

This is a question for help I hated to ask since it is probably straight out and easy - how ever I need to know how to get a server for PR standalone up and running ?

Do I need to rent a server running BF 2 (and not Bad company) - or since the
standalone version is out - is a unmanaged server all I need when I apply for the server License?

Any thing that I should know when renting a server for the PR to run as good as possible?

Any ideas on where to rent the best server in EU ?
