Now i dont know what to do, I get 40 fps which is FLIPPING ammazing in offline mode though, I just cannot create a account, I check firewall and it says its working im only useing windows firewall. Anything helps. and if you need anything let me know

you did a custom install and put it directly into your C:\Program Files (x86)\ directory?

You need to uninstall and reinstall

I am not sure you actually did that or if you're just typing it incorrectly though.

Make exceptions for both:

did you actually whitelist what litoralis has instructed you to do? on your AV and firewall
something is blocking PR from going online on your end..
