I need help! Display Mode Bug

I got a y50-70 4k touch laptop for playing this game.
But there is a problem.
The Refresh Rate of this 4k screen is only 48 HZ that can not set to 60 HZ.

So, the Display Mode is Red with nothing. PR1.3 is unable on this laptop.

When I first bought my laptop it was on. 59hz so wouldn't run BF2, I returned it to the shop with some printed pages from the net and they sorted it.
Sadly I don't know what they did.

According to this you should have a separate (discrete) graphics card, this one has a GTX860M you are running of the CPU graphics adaptor - change it.
