Random suggestion, no idea if it'll help.

When you get to the main menu in PR, Alt-Tab back to desktop. Open up Task Manager, and see how much CPU usage PRLauncher.exe is using. If it's using up a large amount (anything over 1% really), just wait a bit. It should drop down to 0-1% after a short time. Once it's done this, then proceed and open up a game, and see if you still get the text on screen.

The reason why you get the text is because PRLauncher is scanning your memory for this text, so it can eventually replace them with something useful (in this case, who's talking on PRMumble). Usually, you'd only get this issue if you had an extremely weak CPU, or you loaded into a map very quickly and it didn't have time to scan your memory. But I'm not sure why it's happening for you, your PC is powerful enough, the memory scan should complete within a few seconds, well before you get to the main menu.

Or, of course it could be something else preventing PRLauncher.exe doing a memory scan on PRBF2.exe, like anti-virus (though you've checked that already), not running as an admin (not the issue, PRLauncher runs everything as an admin), or something else we haven't thought of...

Moving to a separate thread since it's Windows 10 and this is for Windows 7;
