Connecting error 1001

Hey.

Everytime i'm trying to make an online account, it will give me error code 1001. I have no idea what it is. I could really use some help. Thanks.

the error means you're having problems connecting with the launcher
do you have any AV?

whitelist prlauncher.exe prbf2.exe and prmumble.exe in your AV/firewall, try again

if it doesnt work, report back with system specs
open launcher>Support>copy paste here

This is an computer i got from my friend an long time ago. I might get a better one today or tomorrow. I was playing it this morning, and yesterday night. But here in the noon and even afternoon it just wont Work.

I can understand if its the specs of the computer, its old you know.

that's all you found in the launcher? make sure you use the 'copy to clipboard' button then paste here.. but looking at it from what i've got.. holy shit lol
