do you have latest direct x?
latest updates?

what is your OS?

go to documents
rename projectreality to projectrealityOLD
BEFORE running the launcher, go to root directory and run prbf2.exe
it'll tell you to use the launcher then

Thanks that worked, but now I am in the launcher and every time I try to set my video options and hit apply, the settings don't change so I cannot launch the game
Launch Error
1324: The selected display mode is not supported. Please update the display mode for your profile in the "Options" menu
and try again

I am on Windows 10
I have the latest direct x and updates

open launcher>support>copy paste here

---

what you could try in the mean time:

go to video.con in your documents/projectreality/profiles/000x/
open using notepad
search for the line that says

VideoSettings.setResolution

make sure you have the correct resolution at 60hz
save

for example, mine is VideoSettings.setResolution 1920x1080@60Hz

I changed the video resolution so it can technically launch now, but as I launch it another error pops up:

generally this is not good
what is your gpu?
is this an r9 280 or a 780?

how many monitors?

did you restart your PC after seeing this error?

do you have AV? did you whitelist prlaucher.exe prmumble.exe and prbf2.exe?

run prbf2.exe from install directory, it'll prompt you to run it through the launcher once it loads, then try launcher again, does it still give you this error?
