What location are you talking about? Because if it is uninstalling anything it should only be uninstalling from ProgramFiles(x86)/Project Reality and deleting the folder.
What steps did you take? I (and many people I know) have uninstalled without any issues when needed (yes, current stand alone, not previous mods from the EAGames folder). Need to provide more info, otherwise I'm going with user error.

No offense but your original post(which I can read) doesn't show you have the intelligence to start playing this game let along have the patience to read install and uninstall instructions. So I doubt we are gonna bother helping you out in any way. You are the very first person to fuck up this bad uninstalling so I doubt it's something we gotta fix.
