Problem with Local COOP

First of all, sorry for my English. I just want to see if someone can answer this, I post it here because I don't know where should do it. My problem is that when i select to play in local COOP with 1 bot or just in multiplayer mode with only slot for 1 player (me) the wounded screens pop and say "no medics around? press give up-..." so i press give up and nothing happens. I just want to play alone to train transport and choppers, thanks.

(And at the tickets say 0, idk why because i set 999)
