Free Candy Ban

Hey guys, So i'm a daily visitor on free candy van, and today, after playing for a few hours, i accidentally teamkilled 3 or 4 times throughout that time, and i know it's highly discouraged, it was just one of those bad days. Well i got banned.
I'm not sure if its a temp or a permaban. If it's the second, would it be possible to reconsider my ban? I'm a daily player, play as a squad, use mic .etc. (This is assuming a FCV admin views this)

My sincere apologies to the family and friends of those team mates who i man downed.
