Is my computer/IP Address banned?

So I'm not exactly new-new to Project Reality (for BF2), but I actually had started playing for about couple weeks now, only been able play so much since the standalone came out. I have only been playing on the Free Candy Van server up until today when I couldn't find the server on the list. I've been kicked a couple of times before due to mishaps, but now I can't even find the server. I know that the server "occasionally" crashes a few to several times a day and when refreshing the server list, Free Candy Van don't appear until a minute or so later and it's back up with Burning Sands in Skirmish mode.

Now, I don't see Free Candy Van at all whatsoever and I don't even know if I'm banned from the server or not? Or is the server temporarily down for fixing or updating or something? Is anyone or was anyone playing on the server today or is my IP address/computer banned?

when you are ip banned you can still see a server.

okay, so then possibly the server is down for whatever reason?
