R's installation and changing a few graphic settings, I decide to launch it. Surprise, it goes into a full black screen, stops responding, and I need to go to the task manager to close it. I've been lurking around the forum a bit. Tried putting it to windowed and all other stuff, nothing worked. I'm linking the support info in this thread. I've read the entire installation guide, and I have all the required stuff such as DirectX and .Net Framework.
I don't have BF2, but I don't know if it can be a problem as the 1.3 is supposed to be standalone.
