Black Screen and Not Responding

So I just downloaded Project Reality on a new,fresh PC.After logging in my newly created account and running the game.I just get a black screen and nothing happens.If I check with task manager then it shows game not responding.I tried running in windowed mode,Changing resolution and shit didn't work.I have the latest version of DirectX and NET framework installed.Need help please!!!!!!!!!!!!Also the game doesn't crash but just a black screen appears.

With a GT630 try all graphics on low and with a lower resolution than 1920 X 1080.

I usually get a black screen for about a minute before the game starts, try waiting for a bit.
