Dual-Screen map?

Ok, my in-game name is Poker9 (Im going to change it soon) and some of you, if you play co-op will likely know me as a pilot. Im always a pilot and i hate to press M or Caps just to look a the map, except the mini map. I have a 2 monitors, My main monitor, the one with the bigger resolution is the one i play PR with, the one i fly with etc. My 2nd monitor is just the desktop, doing nothing. I want to know if theres a way i can have the current map im playing on, with current events (Flag captures, Squad locations...)? So like, one monitor im playing PR, my 2nd monitor is the map??? This isnt really a *Problem* but i still need support :/

theoritically, unless you're a server admin (w/ prism), this isn't currently possible
