Okay guys, the map pack event is running again today
If you are crashing on map load, you need to delete you old maps in the level folder and the localization.
and Redownload the maps from the link above

Original 1.4 new installations instructions :

Download & Installation
If you are new to Project Reality, visit the downloads page to download the standalone v1.4 installer.

If you have already installed Project Reality: BF2 v1.3.9, simply press "PLAY" in the launcher and the automatic updater will handle the rest!

If you once took part in map events containing
Bamyan, !!!!
Goose Green or !!!!!!
The Falklands, !!!!!!!!!!


please remove these maps from your installation to avoid issues.

If you have installed an older version than Project Reality: BF2 v1.3, you will still need to download the full PR:BF2 v1.4 installer, since an update from v1.2.1.0 or older to v1.4 is not supported. If you do not play other BF2 mods, you can also uninstall Battlefield 2 to save hard drive space.

If you have this autum mappack isntalled , in my case i deinstalled


C:\Program Files (x86)\Project Reality\Project Reality BF2\mods\pr\Levels

delete or move to other place not in Project reality Folder

1.Adak map Folder

2. bamyan
folder

3. borovsko_bridge Folder


This info only applies if you have this PRTA Autumn 2015 Map-pack installed !
