It's a bit linear but I also think it has some of the best urban combat in PR. Some of the most intense rounds I've had have been on this map. And you have to coordinate with other inf and armor squads in order to take many of the flags because they're so defendable with those T-buildings. I say it's a great map overall.

I kinda like the idea of having a night layer with a ton shorter VD. Will change the whole gameplay on the map, for the better. I'm pretty sure

If you don't like it, don't play it.

Providing the map is still filling servers (which it would only do if most of the players still enjoy the map) and its representing PR's gameplay, then its going to stay in the mod.

If not,

Maybe you should run your head through a wall?
Maybe you should stop crying and make your own perfectly balanced map?

If not,

Maybe you should stop complaining?

While Muttrah is personally one of my favorite maps, I can see why it has gotten the reputation of being the "Nuketown" or "de_dust2" of Project Reality
CrazyHotMilf: can you release PR 1.0 today cause its my birthday and i want to play it ? because its gonna be very nice and every thing

Warrior you hardly gave any constructive feedback for the map, saying to

Which is not constructive at all and a useless post tbh, and the only "feedback" you gave is this post below

I don't know if i would call it the best urban map.

This maps gameplay has become extremely stale. Its always the same no matter how you play. The same chokepoints, the same flanks, the same general flag areas, the same boring gameplay. I dread everytime i have to play it and it is often a buzzkill when the map gets voted for. Its time this map get phazed out and joins Ejod Desert in the after life.
Which I would hardly consider "constructive" because all you said was the map is the same over and over again while providing no input whatsoever on how to make the map better

I respect you opinion, I understand why some players hate this map and I agree this map should be changed in some areas.

This game of name calling and basing players stance on the forums solely on so called "skill level" is ridiculous and needs to stop. This common lack of thereof is main reason why this is the only forum for a video game I actively post on.

I do support Mootrah improvements.

It's fun playing it once in a while... but after playing it 5 times in like 4 hours it gets boring. It's fun if you have 2 awesome teams.

Muttrah is a good and easy map to play. It's a great map for teaching new players how to play.

US vs Mec is perfect on the map... MEC has good weapons in this map. As well as the US. Very balanced map. MEC can quickly get fobs up and AA. US has to wait around 1 minute to get a fob fully up. (As they have to wait for chopper to warm up... and then drop the troops)

Just one thing people need to learn... BUILD FOBS.

As much as I loathe fighting in the same dozen city blocks I feel there are a few other maps that are aging very badly, and some that were brought back for unknown reasons (they were cut because they didn't fit with PR and they still don't IMHO).

I'm totally for trimming a lot of the fat that is associated with a PR download/install.

Just release a mirrored version of Muttrah for the next update. Feels like a new map, but is still balanced and stuff 8-)
