Need better installation guide for Win 10. Can't unzip download.

I have downloaded pr using qBittorrent v3.2.3. Following the installation guide, I attempted to extract prbf2_1.3.0.0_full.iso using 7-Zip. It tells me "can not open file as archive". I'm using windows 10 so I double clicked on the ISO to automatically mount it to a virtual drive because that is what the installation guide says for Windows 8. It opens CyberLink ISO Viewer and list the different autorun and setup files. I clicked on "setup.exe" and it launches the installer, and a it tells me "Please insert Disk 1 and click ok". I'm lost and don't know what to do. I have searched the forums for a while as to not ask a stupid question. By the way, I'm trying to do this on a new laptop that I just took out the box this morning. Thanks in advance.

You can change the file associations for .iso files in the Windows options, tbh IDK where that is located in Windows 10.

Where do you have the .iso file saved,? it is saved as a "Read Only" file?

Ok, in CyberLink ISO viewer, it list:
setup-1.bin
setup-2.bin
setup-3.bin
setup-4.bin
setup.exe

I clicked on setup-1.bin thru setup-4.bin and it extracted them one by one. Then I clicked on setup.exe and the installer worked. Only thing is, after creating new account (could not remember old account) I tried to launch the game. Upon launch, the screen goes black like it is going to launch and then returns to desktop and says "Closing Project - Project reality is cleaning resources" very briefly and then goes away. I read another thread where this was happening and people suggested to download all windows updates and make sure I have the perquisites (direct x, NET framework, & Visual C++) which I have. I have also restarted my computer. Thanks for taking time to help.

your documents folder is set to read only possibly. Weird new "feature" in Win10

right click on documents; left click on property; left click on the "Sharing" Tab; left click on Share, open up the file sharing dialoge box, left click on everyone, left click on add and finally left click on the share bottom at the bottom of the page.

Still didn't work. The research I have done seems to lead to a display resolution conflict causing it to not launch, I'm guessing at this point. But I have seen MANY people with this same issue. There are several threads started about this problem and none seem to have helped the person that started the thread.... Including myself.
