HUD Resolution

I was wondering, if it was possible to keep the game Res at 320, yet the HUD(i.e: the chats) at something more reasonable? I have serious lag issues with playing PR, and I am a huge fan of Tactical Shooters, so it's painful not to be able to play PR. So, if it is possible, any help?

No that is not possible. The HUD resolution is same as game one. Sadly this old game does not allow different resolutions like modern ones do. I also think the lowest resolution you can play at is 800x600. Hope you can play on that
