Will Polish Force be added in 1.4 ?

Just asking, I saw it in another post before, will it come with Falkland and WW2 mini mod in 1.4?

Polish forces are almost done. I think they need to code some vehicles and make voices for soldiers. I heard that they will not release it in 1.4, because Falklands are going out.
