1.3.5 Germans can't cap Station on Ulyanovsk

There was no attack marker on the flag.
Give me a shout if u need more info. It also appeared the germans couldnt cap farm either once it was in play first (no attack marker either). Unfortunately the server restarted due to squadbug so couldn't test it
