1301: Unable to contact with veryfication server

Hi, i've download the last launcher and created my online account, but i'm receiving this error when i try to login..

some ideas (in order)

whitelist prlauncher and prbf2 from your AV/firewall

open the following ports
UDP: 1024-1124,16567,27900, 28910, 1500-4999
TCP: 1024-1124, 29901

disable ip6 (might disable some website browsing)

You must be suffering from your antivirus/firewall or router blocking you from connecting to the master server.

Make exceptions for PRlauncher.exe PRBF2.exe and PRUpdater.exe


These TCP/UDP ports need to be open for you to connect to the PR account server:

Login is 29900, 29901 TCP and UDP
Server List is 28910 TCP AND UDP

And which router? Some new routers have built in firewalls that can block our game.

Can someone teach me how to open ports? I already verified my anti-virus and firewall and its ok, but i don't know how to open ports.... :c
