v1.3.5 - Operation Soul Rebel Command Post and Repair Bay.

Description:
Russian Command post is on the HMS Illustrious.
On both side there's no Repair bay to Repair/reload the BRDMs and Land Rovers.

Steps to Reproduce:
open up the map you should be able to see the bug immediately.
