[1.3.5] Assault on Grozny: RU spotter kit doesn't exist

Description:
Someone reported in ingame chat that he got an automatic rifleman instead of a spotter kit so I went to investigate. I requested a spotter kit and picked up a rifleman kit, probably one that was lying around already.

I did more tests on a local server and the game simply doesn't spawn a kit.
It says the kit has been allocated but there is nothing there.


Tested On:
Assault on Grozny INS, *NwA* server, PR 1.3.5
Assault on Grozny INS and AAS, local server
