Soul Rebel Bleed!?!?

Playing soul rebel once British lose may pen we started to bleed tickets. I was just wondering if this was suppose to happen or not? I mean we still had king and folly left to be capped.

I believe it's similar to Black Gold Vehicle Warfare: the more flags you have, the more intense enemy bleed is.
