Help 1322 and CTD

Hello wise people of PR.

1.31 all worked fine, sometimes had 1322 error but can get past that easy.

However 1.35 does not seem stable for me, no error message, just "Cleaning up resources" On the odd occasion I do get to the menu, it lives for about 10 seconds before CTD. Once I managed to click on a server I wanted to join, but before I could click deploy it CTD

I have tried this:

Can you post the PRLauncher.log (if it exists) located in your case in E:\Project Reality BF2\mods\pr\bin ?

launcher>options>reset all profiles (button on bottom left corner if i recall correctly..)

this will reset ALL your options, controls, and settings. make sure you remember your layout to apply it back after resetting. report back

Yes I tried that before, before I uninstalled and after I reinstalled when It still did not work.

I have just tried it again and it still closes before I get to the menu, I get 3 or 4 occurrences of 1322 error, then on the 5th attempt it seems to be about to load only to get "PR has closed, cleaning up resources"

Previously 1322 worked on the 5th attempt or thereabouts and it did not always do it, so I never worried about it.

Also when I tried to recover my account "[TP]Burrow" (Yes clan tag is part of name) it found it fine, but only came back as "Burrow". Obviously I need the game to work for this to matter, but thought you should know.

Thanks for your guidance thus far, I did post my PRLauncher log, but it seems to have been deleted.

Thanks for the new patch release....However it does not update, it gets to 27% on the updater and then closes. I have tried it several times and nada.

So I will try a fresh install again I guess?

Nope tried a fresh install of 1.35 and tried to update to 1.36 and same thing occurred, Updater got to 27% and closed

I fixed it. Delete everything called Project reality, be it My docs folder, registry, screenshots, everything everywhere delete it all.

Then make sure the torrent you got actually is 1.35. One of them seemed to be 1.2???

Once you have the correct ISO, mount install etc etc.

Run game, find profile, etc. (My profile has still lost my clan tag for some reason)

Update game, keep fingers crossed at 27% as it does stop for AAAAAGES. This should work update and play.

I have yet to test if its stable, but at least I got past 27% and updated.
