Cannot spawn at a FOB

On la Drang, I couldn't spawn at a FOB at US comamnd, everyone else in the squad or the team can, did anyone else got this before?

Yes, is a very rare bug. But happened in all previous versions already. Hard to find the cause due to its sporadic occurrence. Since it happens rarely it wasn't really a real issue so far.

emm, it just happened to me again, this time on a cache that just became known, I cant spawn but everyone else can and i never had this before, is it just bad luck or something changed in the new version?

Did you press DONE?, try to select/unselect the FOB etc?

I cant select the fob, it is shown as inactivated
