Good Day PR,
I'm curious if there are some blank images of the maps in PR. Not the map gallery, just BLANK maps. (Like Fools road with no flags. Just the map itself)

Well if you don't choose a layer Senshis map viewer is blank: Project Reality Map Gallery

Granted it's not an image file, but I guess you could edit a few printscreens together if needed.
