[21MID] Mixed Maps (INS/AAS)

General Information
Yet another Project Reality server, run by a tactical realism community. We strive to create a more realistic and tactical environment on our server. While maintaining the fun aspects of PR. We are also always looking for suggestions and ways to improve our server, if you feel like something is missing or something you'd like us to look into, simply drop a comment below and we will discuss it.

Good evening,

Since I love ins, I play on this server often. Got a couple of things:

1. Please turn of the ability to map vote. I don't know if this is tied to player kick vote or any of the other auto administration stuff but it becomes annoying when a map vote constantly pops when a new player joins. Been a bug for quite awhile.
2. More responsive admins.
3. Squad bug is almost a constant fact of life.
4. No fighting commander is not really enforced.
5. While I've read your rules, not seeing things that I've heard in game. In game I've heard that roadblocks cannot block entrances to caches.
6. Enforcement of actual asset named squads is halfway enforced or not enforced per the rules.

I enjoy the server for the most part.

I have overviewed our server rules and it does document just about everything you described here in your post. As far as administrators being present on our servers, we try to urge non unit member players to sign up for a TeamSpeak PW (PW'd to keep trolls out) and notify us if there is a problem. If there is a problem we usually use PRISM or online administrators to deal with it. Please keep in mind that we just do not kick or ban people on a whim. If we feel that the issue needs to be investigated further we usually join the server to see what's up.

Again, read all 5 sections of the rules from the link that opened this thread. My points:

1. Map vote - not addressed in rules.
2. It's kind of funny, now that I mention the no responsive admins, they have been running around with sledge hammers playing "whack a mole" lately. I've seen more bans within the last 2 days than the whole last month that I've been playing on this server. Now while the more responsiveness is appreciated to a point, it becomes an issue when admins are just "I don't care" your banned. Yes, I understand all the ban appeals and have thought about personally starting a PR legal defense fund/group. :D That aside though, IMO, you don't clean house overnight but rather it should be a consistent "take out the trash" "make your bed" scenario rather than a "Extreme Home Makeover" single TV episode.
3. Yes it is addressed in the rules but not addressed on the server with consistency thus the constant squad bug.
4. I have seen many fighting commanders with no repercussions regardless of the rules.
5. Not covered in any of the 5 sections of the rules period.
6. While covered in the 5 sections of rules, i.e., covered in Section 1 Subsection 5 as well as Section 3 Subsection 2, I seen a scenario on Karbala the other day when a CAS squad was named Kiowa instead of CAS and it created quite the ruckus for about 20 minutes. In the end, the Kiowa squad won the battle and the CAS squad lost after a couple of Kiowa's were lost.

Lastly, blanket kicking for tk'ing when people start walking over marked mines that serve as a strategic defense, is wrong in my opinion. A term that you don't see too often nowadays is forced TK'ing. I believe that people that purposely walk over marked items should be kicked for forcing a TK.

Good Evening,

Could you keep an eye on smeezy? He did two things just now in Fallujah:

1. Ran gary as close to U.S. main as possible and detonated in DOD.
2. Set IED's all around last cache and detonated it ending the round along with tk'ing everyone there.

Would it be possible for this server to rotate to the Fallujah West map?

This map always fills up to 100 players.

I was just in a different server on the Fallujah West map, the server crashed and restarted on a different map, now this map is no longer up.

I see this server is sitting idle on a different map as well.

Would it be possible to set the map to Fallujah West?

Im kinda sad this server has been a little on the empty side the last couple of days. I really like to play in it.
24/7 insurgency server(s) are a most!
I agree. Insurgency is my favorite gamemode in PR.

We are doing some serious seeding tomorrow night with the majority of our group, we will be joining up at around 8pm GMT, and as for tomorrow I mean Saturday the 21st. So if you're available at that time, feel free to join us! :)

Server Notice!

We are planning an Insurgency Only seed this Saturday @ 7pm GMT!

It has been a while since we have used our deployment server. We therefore decided to kick it off again with some Insurgency.

We hope to see some familiar as well as new faces on the server!
